Use the service lawfully
Do not misuse accounts, checkout, forms, discount access or support; probe security; introduce malicious code; submit fraudulent payment or delivery information; scrape at a disruptive rate; impersonate another person; or interfere with another customer.
No living goods or chemicals
Landscope only sells manual tools, watering and storage equipment, protection gear and empty vessels. Our product, planner, contact and review features must not be used to request or trade seeds, bulbs, seedlings, living plants, soil, fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides or other regulated growing inputs.
Content standards
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive or infringing content. Do not upload another person’s image or personal information without authority. Garden photographs should show the relevant space or product and avoid faces, addresses and unrelated personal details.
Tool use
Products must be used for their intended manual garden or craft purpose, in accordance with safety notes and applicable law. Do not modify, supply or use tools as weapons. Edged and pointed tools must be secured away from children.
Response to misuse
We may rate-limit, remove content, pause an order for verification, restrict an account or report unlawful activity where proportionate. Affected customers can contact support to request a review.
